License notice
Mike's Home Services is not a licensed contractor. Under California Business and Professions Code section 7048, work without a contractor's license is limited to projects where the total cost, including labor, materials and all other items, is under $1,000, no building permit is needed, and no workers are hired. Larger or permit-required work must be done by a licensed contractor. You can check any contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free. A price is given before work starts, and the final price depends on the actual scope of work agreed with you. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until you and Mike agree on a job.
Calls and text messages
When you send an estimate request or contact us, you agree that Mike may call, text or email you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing text messages and do not sell your number. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
